Yestrdy, I went jogging and walking with Vic at Bishan. There were really alot of pp jogging and walking. Alot of fit guys. HA. But it's rather demoralising seeing all those bulky pieces of muscles "fly" pass so fast when I were simply tired by the 500m jog. Haiz. My legs are slightly aching now. Ouch. Still, it feels so good. Haha. Jogged for 1st 500m and then can't tahan liao. Walked for 2.4km and then ran for the last 400m. All this in 31min. Not bad since I haven't reali exercised since my operations. It feels real good. :)
Going to try to de-clutter the kitchen cupboards soon. HAHA.
