Oooo... Lemme intro you to my fave lip balm: Biotherm Moisturising Balm Protective Lip Care Shiny Effect SPF 8. First used it when Evan intro-ed me to a Biotherm trial pack, and I normally use Neutrogena. BUT... This really got a shiny effect! And lips look & feel very good too! Hahaha...
